Eternal Spirit - Flesh Body

Friend, have you given thought to spiritual matters?

Are you aware the Bible says we have eternal souls?

We are given this short time here on earth and we are given the flesh body for that journey.

Yes, the "you"  (soul/spirit) that is wearing your flesh body will leave the flesh shell at death; because it is eternal.

God wants us to experience all the things we experience in the flesh.

Our choices and actions drive things because God allows us the free will to choose.

He has a Purpose for it.

We learn to seek Him through our many experiences in the flesh.

Some wonderful, some not so wonderful.

But all are allowed by Him.

And we are given His Word to know that He is able to bring about Good in our lives no matter how far down we are in the miry clay or how bad the  circumstances so long as we give Him all our allegiance.

Calling out to Him in the depths of our depravity takes a lot of courage and shows Him that we are serious about wanting to know Him.

His Name is Jesus

He is God.

The Father tells us in His Word, that there is no other Way but that we believe with all our hearts that the Son died for the payment of our sins.

It cost both the Father and Son much to carry out a Plan of Redemption for the human race; so only those who believe with all their hearts have the right to claim Salvation and be Forgiven by God

Think about that.

Pretend you are a King in this world, and have only one Son but all your subjects who you created, and gave a piece of your spirit to, had become rebellious, murderers, criminals of every kind, lawbreakers of the smallest of your laws and you had a one time opportunity to save most of them if they would just believe in you, your kingdom and power. But to do so you would have to send your son to prison to be tortured for every sin of all of them including the ones who will never step away from their rebelliousness  And your son, knowing some will never repent, offers to do it for all because he loves you and your creation. Now, you the King decree it without hesitation, for those who will repent of their ways and be loyal. You write it into Law and for all those who will believe because of your Son, you call them Saved and Forgiven. Because of your Son.

That's God.

That's what He did for you and me.

And if you say you have no sin, God says you do. The biggest is unbelief in Him.
