Our Broken Hearts

Friend, do you have a broken heart? A broken spirit, maybe?

May I say to you that God loves you!

In your brokenness, accept the Love of Almighty God, for He cares for you.

He has told us by the Holy Spirit; who placed it in the hearts of men of old times, who wrote about the Comfort we can receive from God when we are brokenhearted.

Those Words of Comfort and Wisdom are in our Holy Bible; The Guide to daily living, straight from the Heart of The Almighty One.

We come to broken hearts in many ways.

We have a loss in love, people we love and care for die, or a sickness overwhelms us, and or we lose all of our possessions and have no means of replacing them, we lose employment, our only means of keeping a roof over our heads, there are so many ways we come to be brokenhearted.

During these times we should look to the One Whose Name is Hope, Truth, Peace & Wisdom.

He is the Great Comforter & Counsellor of our souls. He is our only Hope for Healing from the Great Physician.

To wander in the wilderness of our ailments and rebuke the out-stretched hands of our Saviour God is to doom our body, mind and spirit to hopelessness.

Hopelessness will breed depression and anxiety eventually.

Friend, don't spend too many years seeking and searching after other alternatives to God when He is the Answer.

The devil will show you many ways and they will have "spirituality" written all over them, so walk cautiously.

For instance, meditation should be focused on seeking Holy God, His Will, Law, Love.

Anything that does not conform to the Word should be rejected as false wisdom, a trap.

Father God is always available to talk with us and help us through our dark days and nights.

His Word He has left us as a Comfort.

Go to it often, friend.

Psalm 51:17  The sacrifice acceptable to God is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, Thou wilt not despise.

Matthew 5:3-4  Blessed are the poor in spirit: for their's is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted.

Hebrews 4:16  Let us therefore come boldly unto the Throne of Grace, that we may obtain Mercy, and find Grace to help in time of need.
