Don't Be Fooled

Why do we run to things, ways, ideas, that fulfill us only momentarily; always requiring more, and more again, to produce the same "high?"

And, why do we shy away from all the Good things, ways and ideas offered to us without a catch, without a hook?

It is the old story of Good and evil.

God asks us to consider this "possibility" when to Him it is Truth to be consumed as Wisdom into our bodies, heart and mind.

A thoughtful examination of our own choices will bring us to Truth.

God is Truth and His Truth never grows stale.

It will fill you as Living Water.

It quenches the thirsty soul and renews the mind.

It is the Renewed-Lifegiver,

A few Words from the Holy Word are able to enlighten, inspire, correct, reveal, teach, and heal emotions; these being only a few of the Benefits of Truth.

Wherever we are and whatever our circumstances, The Father of Love asks us to be brave and hear Him;Truth.

Don't be fooled any longer by the enticements of evil.

Evil has only it's own interest at hand when offering you that lovely new surprise.

If you could see the grand facade drop for an instant and catch sight of the wicked and grotesque demons behind alcohol, drugs, immorality of all kinds, murder and mayhem; the crooked roads they will lead you down, the destruction at the end of the roads, the state your soul would be in before God, you would never accept the evil offering.

But, God has seen us walk innocently down these roads and He has sent His Son as a sacrifice to fulfil the Law, so that those who desire to escape evil's clutches, and join the Father in the afterlife, may have a Way to do so.

He does not want any to perish.

But friend, we must accept His Gift.

We must say to Him, "Yes, Lord."

He will not do anything more than point to His Son.

We have to understand that He gave His Son as a Sacrifice for our sins.

Jesus is sinless. He is Perfection, unblemished.

The sacrificial lamb must be unblemished and Jesus was the Sacfificial Lamb of God, slaughtered for our sins.

God is not playing around and this is not a fairy tale.

There is Truth and Beauty in the Sacrifice that Christians celebrate at Easter.

And on the third day, He/Jesus rose from the dead and now sits at the right hand of the Father, and is a Member of the Trinity of God.

This is Truth.
