Helpless But Not Hopeless

Friend, we must remember that our God, Jesus the Christ is going to return at the appointed time and things on this earth are going to change dramatically.

We seem to be helpless to change anything; and while we can change small things in our lives we cannot make the big changes for the world.

Many in power over us in this world have evil intent; some seek fame and riches not realizing they are being used by evil itself; still others are filled with many demons and seek to destroy and kill us.

But, for the Christian it is not hopeless, no matter where we stand in the world's stations of life, slave, servant, or one of the many "better" other positions.

No, we know our Lord and Saviour King is able to protect us if it is His Will, and if not His Will, we will be better in the valley with Him as our Guide and Confidant.

Many are the Christians who have spent time in jail being wrongly accused or for just speaking the Word of God; caught in wars, abused by tyrants. The list of atrocities against Christians is huge.

When we keep our faith in Him, He is bound by His Own Law to help us.

Being able to see the big help He showers on us is one thing but being able to acknowledge the smallest blessing, when you are being tortured in some way - that is faith.

Yes, we may be helpless, but we are never hopeless, because our God is also named our Hope.

God is in control. The world may seem a mess to us, but it is going just as it must according to God's Word.

He will return again as the Glorious King and all will know that He is The Almighty.

The Book of Revelation has a lot to say about His Coming.
