The Lord Our Counselor

Friend are you going through deep waters of depression; wading through grief, struggling mentally with your problems?

Jesus died so you could have a personal Counselor.

He told the disciples that He had to go; the Spirit would come in His place, as a Comforter and Counselor.

The Holy Spirit will keep our spirits uplifted and our eyes focused on Jesus our Saviour.

Why not take Him up on His Promise?

If He spoke it; it is a Promise. He is not a liar or cunning and deceitful.

Only Truth comes out of His mouth.

Truth is a Promise that will not be broken; unlike man's promises.

God's Truth is for all of us. We exclude ourselves, because we do not want to commit to God; fearing we will have a dull life. 

But, Godly Truth, Love, Grace, Mercy and Forgiveness are our rights as human beings on Earth.

Can you rest in that?

Many of us miss this fact.

What does that mean to you? 

Think on these things.

You have a personal Counselor. 

The cost is not great and He deals in Perfection,

He will comfort you in sad and trying times; and every moment of your life.

He will be with us in the valleys, and on the high mountain top when we sing praises, because our heart is in sync with our Redeemer when we put self aside.

The Spirit takes our prayers, our heart cries and translates them into Heavenly language and pours them out before the Throne of Jesus, The Word of God.

How great is that?

Know this fact in your bones. Let your heart be full of Joy because He Who died for you, has overcome the world and has made a Way for you and a place for you in the Kingdom of God.

It is a great thing to be a believer; recognized by the Father because of the Blood spilt at Calvary that has washed your sins away.

This is true Freedom; not as the world gives, but as God declares it shall be for those who believe in Him.

Also, there is a future after this life. One of great Joy where we will not remember those who will not be joining us; nor will we remember the pain of sicknesses or have any of the ailments we once had on earth.

Jesus will be our King.

No harm shall come to us. 

Evil is kept out of the Kingdom of God

Evil is going to be punished according to the Law of God.

We can trust Him. On the other side more is revealed for us, but for now we are not permitted to know all things.

Our hearts and minds are being tested and God is the Judge of what the heart and mind of man does.
