It's Not A Fairy Tale

Friend, so many people consider what Christians believe in, to be a "fairy tale."

But many of those same people will not say the same about Buddah, or other belief systems.

Many humans like to think of Holy God as not existing at all, or that the story of Jesus is a "fairy tale" loved by uneducated, poor thinkers in need of handouts; incapable of making it in this world without something to lean on. And I've heard much worse said of believers in God, The Trinity.

But when the Scriptures are examined by a mind that is open to learn, and a mind that is able to accept Truth when the heart says, "Yes, we have found Truth here," God gently whispers what the Answers are to that mind and heart.

It's a total heart thing that convinces the mind that Truth has been revealed. God is like that; He speaks in Truth which cannot be denied. Even the demons tremble because He is Righteous.

God's Truth is not like man's truth. Man only knows so much but God sees and knows all things. He created everything; He made the Laws of all sciences before we ever called them sciences. When He speaks there is no untruth or mistake or embellishment.

Our hearts are made to hear Him and His Truth.

Another human can say that it's a "fairy tale" but our heart knows something that person does not know. We have had an encounter with His Word, and His Spirit.

We find Him when we lose ourselves; when the heart is humbled; the mind distraught; we repent of the sin that's built up, the addiction is overwhelming, the grief is unbearable. These are some of the times when we reach out to Him and find He is next to us, holding out His hand or embracing us; ready to help us up, show the Way and restore our soul.

We can meet Him when we read The Scriptures from The Holy Bible. A verse may leap up off the page and speak to us.

His Spirit is present when we try to pray haltingly, in pain. Holy Spirit interprets our tears, our cries and speaks the Holy Language to God; intercessing for us.

We find relief, forgiveness, wisdom, love and realize that His Grace is sufficient for us.

He is Merciful to those who seek Him and to those who love Him.

It's not a "fairy tale."

John 4:24   God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.

John 10:9-11   I Am the Door: by Me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and destroy and kill.

Exodus 3:14   And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and He said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

1Cor.1:18-21

[18] For the preaching of the Cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the Power of God.
[19] For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
[20] Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
[21] For after that in the Wisdom of God the world by wisdom, knew not God, it pleased God by the "foolishness of preaching" to save them that believe.
