The Tribulation - What?

Friend, we've all heard about the End Times and many know about The Tribulation Period; but how many understand even the smallest thing about The Tribulation?

The Holy Bible, which is the Word of God for us, to help us know Who God is, to learn about His Law, and where we stand in the grand scheme of life on earth, mentions the Tribulation period more than 60 times.

Jesus Himself said in Matthew 24:21  "...... Great Tribulation, such as was not, since the beginning of the world, to this time, no, nor ever shall be."

So we find here that this is a first for this world; The Great Tribulation. It hasn't happened here, before.

It has been planned by God, even previous to Jesus coming to our world to make a Way for us to be reconciled with The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. 

God found it necessary and knew it would be necessary, knowing all things from past eternity to future eternity.

This tells us that we are part of a Process of Law written by God.

We live it.

It indicates that God owns us; our spirit. He created man and woman. He created the world we live on. He owns all things. He is the God of All Things. There is nothing He does not know!

Everything that happens is known to Him. He is all-dimensional. Seeing everything. Remember this about Him! 

The Tribulation is mentioned many times throughout the Bible. Scholars say The Tribulation is mentioned only second to that of Salvation itself.

It is called many things but in effect, it is The Tribulation.

The Day of Alarm; The Day of The Trumpet, The Day of Thick Darkness, The Day of Gloominess, The Day of Desolation, The Day of Distress, The Hour of Trial, The Wrath, The Hour of Judgement are some of the words ascribed to what man today calls, The Tribulation.

Friend, God has prophesied to us throughout the Bible and most of those things have come to pass. The remaining ones are for the future; but He has warned us, or prophesied to us in The Holy Bible pages, so we may understand and know the times.

These prophesies are not easy to understand but with the help of The Holy Spirit, we will read and hear through Christian scholars and pastors of the flock of believers, things The Spirit gives to them when they and we, study The Bible and their writings.

We learn that when the Tribulation begins, immediatly Jesus appears for His Second Coming to the world. 

Matthew 24:29

“Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:”

The Prophet Daniel gave the length of time The Tribulation would last as 7 years of this world's time.

Scholars of the Holy Bible have found 4 reasons to date why God has declared The Tribulation.

He deemed an amount of "time" for man that would be sufficient for His Law, for His people to humble themselves before Him and recognize Who He Is. 

When The Tribulation begins the time is drastically cut short to that last 7 years but the tribulation of those years grows more extreme daily as Satan fights for superiority and man himself left on earth in those days, being not Godly in any way but wanting to believe "time" is not up and their great wealth and power will prevail, fights for control.

It will be bloody, frightening, unpredictable, lawless years of epic proportions as God will pour out His Wrath upon those foolish people to show His Power and Strength is above and beyond what satan and antiChrist have.

Never forget God created all things. He is above evil. They cannot, never will, control God.

God wins!

We have the choice now to choose sides.

Evil or Good.

The Bible speaks of seven (7) Seals that will be opened; seven (7) Trumpets that will sound; seven (7) key happenings which affect, and confirm Law; seven (7) Bowls that will be poured out on the earth; seven (7) Dooms that will fall on Babylon; and then the Return of Christ.

There will be some chosen to stay behind, as witnesses (The Bible says 144,000), during those times who will know and understand the times and will warn, teach and help those who regret  and repent their former stance against God and want to be counted as believers.

Don't wait until The Tribulation friend, think on these Truths and make a decision for Christ; to know Him, His Character and Attributes and repent because you know He is Perfectly Holy and you are not, yet you understand He died for your sins, and you may be made whole in spirit to stand with other believers at the Judgement to come.
