Undisciplined Nature Of Man

06/01/2018 22:12

Friend, either we will or we won't believe.

It's a choice.

God will not make us believe.

He Is.

He knows Who He Is, and He shows Who He Is to us, but His Will is not imposed on us in this life.

We think it is, but in reality satan imposes his will on us, we willingly accept it; and when things go wrong, we blame God for that; our choices.

Our undisciplined nature wants everything it sees, smells, hears, feels, and tastes; never allowing for the obvious future results of having dived into those "must have" things, many of which will bring us much grief, even death.

Depression rears it's ugly head and many of us dive in thinking it will be a help to our soul. We hope to be cuddled and comforted by it but depression is only alluring on the surface. One small step can lead to utter darkness and years of soul pain; with tentacles stretching deeper and deeper taking us further and further away from the reality of a God Who Loves us.

Today satan has disguised many of our human frailties that he has engineered down the generations of our families and has managed to molly coddle us into thinking we are spineless, unable to extract ourselves from snares he has caught us in; calling our conditions of the mind, illnesses when God is able to help us come out of the darkness into His Glorious Light and be made whole.

Why are we so anorexic, or obese? Why are we unable to forgive those who have hurt us?  Do we not hurt others also by not forgiving? Why these sexual hangups or fetishes? Why so revengeful and angry? Why all the lying, cheating and stealing? Why, why, why; it goes on and on the things that evil uses to trap us.

God asks us to believe in Him and what He has done for us; giving His Son to receive our punishment for trangressions of the Holy Law.

Friend, there must be Holy Law to hold everything that is, in place.

Satan knows of the Holy Law also. He was judged by it! He knew of it before he fell from Grace. We could say "He tried the Law." He wants us to first, not believe that it exists. Then it's not too hard for him to get us to believe that God does not exist!

Who among you believes this?

Many do!

But when we see with eyes unveiled by the Holy Spirit, that everything is held in place by The Holy Law, we will believe in God.

Holy Scriptures...

Romans 7:12 - Wherefore the Law [is] Holy, and the Commandment Holy, and Just, and Good.

Galatians 2:16 - Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the Law: for by the works of the Law shall no flesh be justified.

Luke 16:17 - And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the Law to fail.

1 Timothy 1:8-10 - But we know that the Law [is] Good, if a man use it Lawfully;

Acts 5:29 - Then Peter and the [other] apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

John 1:17 - For the Law was given by Moses, [but] Grace and Truth came by Jesus Christ.

Romans 13:1 - Let every soul be subject unto the Higher Powers. For there is no Power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

Psalms 19:7-9 - The Law of the LORD [is] Perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD [is] sure, making wise the simple.

1 John 3:4 - Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the Law: for sin is the transgression of the Law.

Isaiah 33:22 - For the LORD [is] our Judge, the LORD [is] our Lawgiver, the LORD [is] our King; He will save us.

James 2:10 - For whosoever shall keep the whole Law, and yet offend in one [point], he is guilty of all.

Proverbs 2:1-5 My son, if thou wilt receive My Words, and hide My Commandments with thee;

2 So that thou incline thine ear unto Wisdom, [and] apply thine heart to understanding;

3 Yea, if thou criest after Knowledge, [and] liftest up thy voice for Understanding;

4 If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as [for] hid Treasures;

5 Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD (Jesus), and find the Knowledge of God.
