Teacher, Prophet, God?

11/06/2015 21:39

Friend, we have all heard Jesus referred to as a great teacher.

Others say he was a prophet.

Most will deny he is God.

But to receive Salvation this is someting we must think long and hard about in a meditative way.

Yes, He is a Teacher. Notice the Capitals? (denotes Lordship)

Yes, he is a Prophet. A Godly one.

As a man He came to teach us and prophesy, about His Kingship and about His return.

But when He ascended to Heaven in the presence of many witnesses, He sat at the right hand of the Father and joined the Father as the Word, as God, retaining his experience as a man.

He speaks and creates, ( through speaking.) This is how He commanded the world into existence.

He tells us in the Bible that He is God. That He is Creator of all things and that He is Light and there is no darkness in Him, so He is not a blend of Goodness and evil.

He is not just a teacher, but He is Teacher and He is not just a prophet but He prophesied many things in His Word the Bible and they have come true.  Some are in the future and look to be unfolding in worldy affairs at this time - so we may live to see those prophesies come true also.

Men of old did see His prophesies come ture. His birth and death and resurrection being just three of them.

You cannot be a believer in God Almighty without acknowledging His Son. His Word says so.

This is the one thing that always got me when I read other religious material.

It is the difference and we will accept it to be a truth, when we seek His answers on this subject.

It is very freeing for the mind to accept and believe this, because many things just fall into place and the wonder of that happening in a life is something awesome to receive.

In this evil world there are many who claim to be God or Jesus but they are imposters and charlatans and fools, seeking to distract us from the real thing - even some who live a pure (to the outside world) existence - but God sees the heart and cannot be fooled (and will not be mocked.)

Jesus has stated in His Holy Word how He will return. We will all see Him. Certain Biblical Prophecies must happen in a certain sequence before He returns in great Glory with the saints ( the Redeemed/Forgiven/Saved) so He tells us to be alive and awake and aware - and when we see these things come to pass, to look up for our redemption is soon to be.

Will you be one of those who knows Him and sees the things happening like the watchman on the wall and is able to speak to those you love and others who are in distress about Him?

Teacher, Prophet or God?

Which is He to you?

Now is the day to choose or to begin to seek the answer.

Do not delay, friend!

Deep Inward Relationship

11/04/2015 19:21

Friend, have you entered into a deep inward relationship with our Lord?

This is what we all are seeking for, as we look in every direction for happiness and joy.

But, friend, there is another who seeks to keep us from having a deep inward relationship with our Lord Jesus.

This other entity is evil and desires nothing but our destruction. He will along with his army of evil beings, come against us in every way he is allowed by God who wants us to seek only Him - because He is showing you in the Creation of the Universes that He is ALMIGHTY.

The devil cannot create like God can. He is able to manipulate and use God's creation to falsely portray miracles and such, but they are not based on anything Good and Truthful; more on deceitfulness and cunning.

God expects us to know Truth when we see it and not be deceived.

He has left His Word here for us and we can come to know Him through the pages. He tells us Who He is and what He does and How He thinks and judges.

If something doesn't measure up to Holy Truth and Goodness, it is not of God and we should deny it and rebuke it from our lives.

Today, begin to have that deep inward relationship with God and His Son and the Holy Spirit.

They will help you to know them and understand them and this will bring you joy, happiness and peace and you will feel the weight of the worry and evil of the world lifted from you.

Be a faithful soul and stay on the Righteous Path to God the Father through the Sacrifice of the Son who left the Holy Spirit here with us, to guide us into a relationship with the Son.

God's Mercy

11/03/2015 11:16

Friend, are you aware of God's Mercy?

It is new every morning for any one of us who desires to accept it.

God will forgive all your yesterdays - if you accept His Mercy for today and for the rest of your life.

Live in His Mercy for you everyday.

Let it be in your thoughts all day long and rise each morning refreshed because of the new Mercies awaiting you for that day.

He has chosen each of us and has made His Mercy available to each of us.

This is a Biblical truth. It is God's Nature for us while we live here on earth.

This short time is filled with His Mercy for us and we must accept it in order to have His Eternal Mercy.

We are weak and unstable and think mighty thoughts about ourselves and this tends to get in the way of the Mercy He has provided for us.

Just the fact that He has allowed your birth is a Merciful Act of God.

Take advantage of His Mercy - accept it in all humility and your soul will be renewed.

Thank You, Jesus for your Mercy!

Sin

10/24/2015 12:48

Friend, a question has come up and it's good to look at it from God's Perspective which is far above ours.

Does God condone sin - because it is impossible for humans to be sinless?

The most simple answer is this.

Continual, habitual and wilful sin is not condoned by God.

When we come to know Him and accept His Sacrifice for us, we are effectively saying we are a sinner, and are repenting of our sinful ways. At that point, because we acknowledge our sinfulness, and we acknowledge our Saviour Lord, we are forgiven, and enter into a relationship with our Redeemer who desires that we "sin no more," as He told the woman at the well - John 11b  "Neither do I condemn thee: go and sin no more."

Our repentance opens the door to the Holy Spirit, Who; begins a new work in us (that helps us to see sin and acknowledge it in our life) and; allows Him to make a Way for us out of it.

So while we are "born again" into the family of God, we must be acknowledging our sin and leaning on Jesus to help us; and allowing the Spirit to guide us into a relationship with the Lord - where we are working on our sinful nature to restore it to being more like our Lord and Saviour.

The Lord knows the state of our hearts and minds and if we are truly trying, or just acting for the world, but in secret, keeping hold of the sin.

Be brave friend, push that sin out and close the door.

Allow the Spirit to convict you of sin in your life and take His teaching on board so that you have the tools to resist sin in the future.

When we are walking in belief and faith and resisting sin and changing our ways, we are precious in our Saviour's sight.  He is there with us and able to have a relationship with us through repentance and faith.

When we resist the Spirit who is trying to help us fulfill our vow to repent, then we are denying our Lord and He will not force Himself into our life but will try to show us through the Spirit that our choices are not according to His design for our life.

Volumes could be written about sin and it's effects and how a sinless life is rewarding - this is just a beginning that will help you to grow into full understanding.

Blessings.

Jeremiah 32:27

10/22/2015 08:54

Jeremiah 32:27

Behold, I AM the Lord, the God of all flesh is there anything too hard for Me?

Friend, these words from God were given to the prophet Jeremiah and even though they were from hundreds of years ago, they are still true today.

God does not speak a Word that is just for that day. He is not a liar. He can be trusted. If He spoke it years ago, it can still apply to any one of us today and in the years ahead.

That is how precise and perfect He speaks.

He knows the past and the future and He only speaks a Truth that is eternal in nature. It is a Truth that anyone, who chooses to listen, will be able to take to the mind and heart, as a HolyTruth for themselves and know that He will not change His mind, like men do.

These are the Words of Scripture He speaks to you today!

Think on these Words and know they are Truth for you.

He is Lord, He is God, He is the Great I AM and nothing is too hard for Him concerning you.

Praise Him!

According To Your Faith

10/19/2015 12:51

The Book of Matthew the first Book of the New Testament...

Matthew 9:29     According to your faith, be it unto you.

Friend, do you have a big faith?  Is it a strong faith?

Will the next problem, dash it to pieces?

The devil hopes so. He is going to come against you until he sees that your faith in Jesus Chrst is so strong that you will never give it up.

According to your faith you can say to the problem, "God's Will be done!" and "satan, be gone from me, I am the Lord's child, you have no dominion over me!"

According to your faith what you ask for in prayer, it will be given to you.

Do you have a bold faith? Is it real and alive within you?

According to your faith you will receive.  The simple heart, full of faith is the one that receives.

Practice being full of faith. Deny the devil and his accomplices who plot revenge against you. God has you covered according to your faith.

Faith in Jesus is everything.  Belief in Him, and Love of Him and understanding of Who He is - that is everything to your faith.

Faith is from the heart which then teaches the mind to obey it.

It's all about Love. Jesus is Love that is why.

Psalm 19:14

10/19/2015 07:32

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my Strength and my Redeemer.  Psalm 19:14

Friend, does the above verse from the Psalms apply to the way you conduct your life that is on display before all the inhabitants of Heaven, and all the evil world?

Do the words you speak honour the Lord, His Work and Word?

Or are they ugly and hurtful to yourself and others?

What about your thinking? Are you thinking of Godly things and searching in your thoughts for Truth and Godly Wisdom; or are your thoughts full of hatred and anger?

The Word of God is asking us in this scriptural verse to let all our words and thinking be acceptable for our Lord's ears and heart.

We must learn to judge our own words and works with the knowledge that Our Lord and Saviour is listening and is hurt by anything we do or say that is not of Truth and Peace.

Teach your heart and your mind to go a little more slowly; not be so quick to judge or hurt others in your words and actions. Pull back and begin to be kinder and gentler and allow the Holy Spirit to teach and guide you along the Righteous Path.

Today you can stop on the side road you have gone down and do an about turn and look at the Cross.

Jesus died on it so you could have this chance to be Forgiven of the past and begin a new life with Him as your God.

If you are willing, He will place you on the main road to Heaven so you can be victorious with His help.

Today you can repeat these words as you begin to walk the Godly Path and He will hear you and help you.

Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in Your Sight, O Lord, my  Strength and my Redeemer. Psalm 19:14
